• Payment records: Retained for 7 years per Indian tax and financial regulations.
• Certificates: Retained indefinitely for public verification purposes.
• Support tickets: Retained for 12 months after resolution.

Your data is primarily stored and processed in India. If any data is transferred internationally (e.g., to cloud providers), we ensure adequate safeguards are in place including contractual data processing agreements compliant with Indian data protection regulations.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
