Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using SWT, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features (courses, labs, dashboard, etc.), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

SWT provides cybersecurity education, training courses, labs, community forums, events, webinars, and related services. All content on the Platform is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share course content without written permission.

When using SWT, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the Platform's infrastructure.
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
• Upload malicious code, malware, or exploit tools with harmful intent.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian laws (IT Act 2000, etc.).
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or instructors.
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Platform without permission.
• Use labs or CTF environments to attack external systems.

All course purchases and subscriptions are processed through secure payment gateways (Razorpay / Stripe). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally, refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course content. SWT Coins and virtual currencies are non-refundable.

All content on the Platform — including courses, videos, text, code, graphics, logos, and the SWT brand — is the property of SECUREWITHTECHIES LLP or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

User-generated content (forum posts, comments, project submissions) remains your property, but you grant SWT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate such content on the Platform.

Certificates and verification badges are issued based on course completion, assessments, and application review. Certificates can be publicly verified via our verification portal.

SWT reserves the right to revoke certificates or badges if obtained through fraud, plagiarism, or policy violation.

If you create and publish courses on SWT as an Instructor, you agree to our Instructor Agreement. You retain ownership of your content but grant SWT a license to host, distribute, and promote it on the Platform. Revenue sharing terms are outlined in the Instructor Dashboard.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SWT makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SECUREWITHTECHIES LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

SWT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
