Course access is typically provided for a lifetime unless otherwise specified. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue courses with reasonable notice.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

• Sharing account credentials with others
• Downloading, copying, or distributing course content
• Recording or screen-capturing video lessons
• Using the content for commercial purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source materials

4. Labs and Practical Environments

4.1 Acceptable Use

Our cybersecurity labs are provided solely for educational purposes. You agree to use these environments only for learning activities outlined in the course materials.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to attack systems outside the designated lab environment
• Using tools or techniques learned for malicious purposes
• Attempting to access other users' lab instances
• Installing unauthorized software or malware
• Attempting to escape or bypass lab containerization

4.3 Monitoring

All lab activities are logged and monitored. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user engaged in prohibited activities.

5. Certificates and Credentials

5.1 Earning Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements, including quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments as specified in each course.

5.2 Certificate Validity

Certificates remain valid indefinitely unless revoked due to violations of these Terms or academic misconduct.

5.3 Credential Verification

Third parties may verify credentials using our online verification system with the unique credential ID provided on each certificate.

6. Academic Integrity

We take academic integrity seriously. The following actions are prohibited:

• Cheating on quizzes, exams, or assessments
• Using unauthorized aids during proctored examinations
• Sharing quiz answers or exam content with others
• Submitting others' work as your own
• Attempting to manipulate or bypass assessment systems

Violations may result in certificate revocation, account termination, and possible legal action.

7. Instructor Terms

7.1 Content Ownership

Instructors retain ownership of their original course content. By publishing on our platform, instructors grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and market their courses.

7.2 Revenue Sharing

Instructors receive a percentage of course sales as specified in the Instructor Agreement. Payment terms and conditions are detailed separately.

7.3 Content Standards

Instructors must ensure their content is original, accurate, and does not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Affiliate Program

Participants in our affiliate program agree to promote our services ethically and in compliance with applicable advertising laws. Affiliate commissions are paid according to the terms specified in the Affiliate Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts engaged in fraudulent or misleading promotional activities.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Secure With Techies. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

10. User-Generated Content

Users may post comments, reviews, questions, and other content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SECURE WITH TECHIES MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SECURE WITH TECHIES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Secure With Techies from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
